Heating Instructions:

  • Stove top(best option): Partially thaw and empty contents into a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Cover and heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F.

  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375F, loosen sides of lid. Heat 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Stir occasionally before serving.

  • Thawed: Same as above, reduce heating time to 45 minutes.

Serve: with naan, kaali dall, (black lentils) & fresh greens.
