Loaded with tangy mango pieces, boneless chicken & vegetables simmered in a lemon-coconut sauce.


Boneless specialty chicken (no hormones, no antibiotics, free range), mangos, roasted sweet peppers, celery, zucchini, carrots, onion, coconut milk, lemon, ginger, cilantro, water chestnuts, cashews, sunflower & olive oil, rice flour, curry spices, lime leaves, sea salt  & fresh ground pepper.

Container: 6x8” or 9x13” recyclable oven safe foil container with cardboard or foil lid.

Sold As: product is pre-cooked & sold as frozen.

Heating Instructions:

  • Stove top: (Best option): Empty contents into a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Cover and heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375 F, loosen sides of lid. Heat 60-90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Stir occasionally before serving.  
  • Thawed: Same as above, reduce heating time to 40 minutes.

Serve: Serve with Basmati Rice (add cinnamon stick & cloves).
