Madras style vegetable curry with organic chickpeas, roasted vegetables, spinach and star fruit.

Ingredients:

Organic roasted sweet peppers*, eggplant*, zucchini*, onion*, yam* & potatoes*, chickpeas *, tomato, spinach*, starfruit, coconut milk,  sunflower, (non-GMO) & olive oil, cilantro*, curry spices*, curry & fenugreek leaves, rice flour*, sea salt & fresh ground pepper.

Hotness: mild

Servings: 2-3 persons (800g-1kg) and 8-10 persons (2.8kg-3kg)

Container: 6x8” or 9x13” recyclable oven safe foil container with cardboard or foil lid.

Sold As: product is pre-cooked & sold as frozen.

Heating Instructions:

  • Stove top: (Best option): Empty contents into a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Cover and heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Approximately 20 minutes.
     
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375F, loosen sides of lid. Heat 60-70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Stir occasionally before serving. 
     
  • Thawed:  Same as above, reduce heating time to 45 minutes.

Serve: with steamed basmati rice and hot naan bread.
