Heating Instructions:

  • Stove top: (Best option): Empty contents into a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Cover and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375F, loosen sides of lid. Heat 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Stir occasionally before serving. Take out lime leaves & lemon grass.
  • Thawed:  Same as above, reduce heating time to 60 minutes.

Serve: Serve with Jasmine rice and Asian style coleslaw.
