Roasted: sweet peppers*, mushrooms, potatoes*, zucchini*, eggplant, blanched snap peas, coconut milk, diced tomato, fresh red curry paste (red chillis*, lemongrass, ginger, lime juice*, gluten free tamari*, tomato paste, Kaffir lime leaves, garlic*, spices), onion*, fresh basil*, olive & sunflower oil, rice flour*, pure vanilla, sea salt & white pepper.

Heating Instructions:

  • Stove top: (Best option): Empty contents into a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Cover and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375F, loosen sides of lid. Heat 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Stir occasionally before serving. Optional: Remove lemon grass & lime leaves prior to serving.
  • Thawed:  Same as above, reduce heating time to 60 minutes.

Serve: Serve with Basmati Rice and Bok Choy or Great with Scallops and Tiger shrimp!
